The final tournament of the Polish Academic Basketball Championships (Akademickie Mistrzostwa Polski) ended on June 2nd. The event was held from May 31st to June 2nd at the facilities of AGH University of Krakow. The tournament brought together top academic basketball teams from across Poland, competing in both the women’s and men’s categories. Gold medals in both divisions were awarded to the Naval Academy in Gdynia.
The Kozminski University men's team finished in 5th place, securing a decisive 65:45 win over the University of Warsaw in the classification match.
The final tournament followed an intensive three-day format, including group-stage matches and knockout rounds. Additional attractions such as a slam dunk contest and a three-point shooting competition were also held, drawing enthusiastic participation from players and spectators alike.

The event was organized by AZS AGH Kraków and held under the Honorary Patronage of the Mayor of Kraków. The Academic Championships of Poland are co-financed by the Ministry of Sport and Tourism. The title sponsor of the tournament is PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A.
