Workshop with Prof. Morten Huse, Professor at BI Norwegian Business School
Accounting Department and Research Center for Women and Diversity in Organizations at Kozminski University is pleased to invite PhD Students and Scholars to a workshop with Prof. Morten Huse, Professor
of Organisation and Management at BI Norwegian Business School, Oslo, Department of Communication and Culture.
During this workshop Prof. Huse will provide insights on women’s presence in the upper echelon. Moreover, during the workshop session, each of the authors of the accepted articles can present the main assumptions
of the paper, followed by feedback discussing the most important issues with the authors.
Morten Huse was President of European Academy of Management in 2010-2012 and is a Member of Catalyst Europe Advisory Board. He has been a visiting professor and affiliated to universities in Europe, Australia/New Zealand and USA, and has during decades been active in gender and affirmative actions discourses. His main research agenda is related to behavioural perspectives on boards and governance. Prof. Huse currently serves as a member of Board of Governors at Academy of Management (AOM, USA).

- Coffee break and discussion (12:00-12:30)
- Paper Development Workshop (12:30-14:00)
During the workshop session, each of the authors of the accepted articles shortly (5-7 minutes) will present
the main assumptions of the paper, followed by 15-20 minutes feedback discussing the most important issues with the authors.
