Agnieszka Zawadzka-Jabłonowska, an expert in well-being and leadership associated with Kozminski University, has been appointed to the Board of the Polish Institute of Mindfulness Foundation.
This distinction confirms the growing role of the University in shaping future competencies such as mindfulness, psychological resilience, and conscious leadership.
Polish Institute of Mindfulness – education and standards
The Polish Institute of Mindfulness is the only accredited center in Poland for training MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) teachers. Since 2019, the institution has been developing mindfulness education, preparing professional teachers and supporting their ongoing development.
The Institute operates based on international standards and scientific research, focusing on implementing mindfulness practices across various areas of social and professional life. Its mission is to support the development of awareness, well-being, and compassion – both at the individual and societal levels.
Expert at Kozminski University
Agnieszka Zawadzka-Jabłonowska is the Director of the Coaching and Mentoring Center at Kozminski University and the creator of the postgraduate program “Positive Organization – well-being and health in the workplace.” She also co-leads the “Agile Leadership” program and lectures in MBA and postgraduate programs.
As a business psychologist, mentor, and trainer, she supports organizations in building well-being strategies, psychological resilience, and psychologically safe work environments. She is also a researcher in the fields of well-being, personality, and organizational behavior.
