We are pleased to announce that we have renewed our agreement with Accenture on our Master in Big Data Science program. Accenture has been a partner of the program since its inception in 2018 and actively participates in the education of our students. Under this new agreement, the cooperation between Accenture, Oracle, and Kozminski University takes on a new, previously unprecedented dimension. Our partners have become actively involved in the development of our program, supporting students in various areas:
- Students have the opportunity to participate in events organized by Accenture and Oracle, during which they can learn about trends in data science, the application of AI in business practice, but also about the need for diversity in business teams. Accenture experts from all around the world will be talking to our students about their experiences of using big data in business practice, but also about what future they see for this area.
- Accenture together with Oracle organize regular workshops for our students in different areas of data science, which our Big Data Science students can attend at no extra cost. In addition, students have the opportunity to validate their knowledge with relevant certificates.
- A key element of our cooperation is the opportunity for students to participate in various business projects.
I don't know of any study program on the Polish or foreign market that would offer students such opportunities as we currently receive from Accenture and Oracle. Students can choose any company in the world for which they would like to work within the broad field of digitalization and data science. Accenture will take steps to make this possible for our students. Students will be able to participate in the implementation of selected projects under the supervision of mentors from Accenture. Of course, the best students can expect to be hired after graduation – says Prof. Aneta Hryckiewicz, leader of the Master in Big Data Science program.
Professional apprenticeships can play an important role in educating the future Big Data Science leaders, reaching young talent pools, and providing greater access to digital and transformation projects. That’s why Accenture Data&AI Oracle Hub for Europe is establishing the dedicated program, partnering with Kozminski University to jumpstart the young Kozminski students with their professional careers. In the next days together with our Acc Leaders from Data&AI Oracle Hub across Europe we are looking to meet our Big Data Science Apprentices, understand their ambition, and see how they can make a real impact – says Tomasz Przybyszewski, Associate Director, Data&AI Oracle Hub Leader for Europe.
