The editorial team of My Company Polska has published a list of the 15 most influential women in the Polish tech industry. Among those distinguished is Prof. Aleksandra Przegalińska – philosopher, AI researcher, and professor at Kozminski University.
The list highlights women who are making a real impact on the development of the technology sector in Poland – from managing global brands, driving innovation, to shaping technological and ethical policies. Prof. Przegalińska’s presence on the list is not only a recognition of her academic achievements but also a testament to Kozminski University’s growing role in shaping the discourse at the intersection of technology, business, and social responsibility.
Prof. Aleksandra Przegalińska is a world-class expert in artificial intelligence who combines research on emerging technologies with humanistic reflection and business practice. She is the co-author of the groundbreaking book Artificial Intelligence in Business Strategy – one of the first publications globally co-created with the participation of AI. She is also affiliated with Harvard University, where she continues her research on human-machine interaction.
“Women’s presence in the world of new technologies is not just a matter of representation – it’s about quality and diversity of thought,” says Prof. Przegalińska. “Technology shapes our daily lives, economies, and social relationships. Women must be co-creators of this world – not merely its users.”
The My Company Polska list also features other high-profile leaders such as Kamila Cichocka (CMO, Microsoft Poland), Magdalena Dziewguć (Google Cloud), Magdalena Kotlarczyk (Google Poland), Kinga Piecuch (President, Hewlett Packard Enterprise Poland), Jowita Michalska (Founder & CEO, Digital University), Katarzyna Szymielewicz (President, Panoptykon Foundation), and Zuzanna Stamirowska (CEO, Pathway), among others.
