Dr. Michel Bielecki is a serial entrepreneur and medical doctor. His ventures focus on Medtech and health-tech solutions.  He is a postdoctoral researcher on a variety of COVID-19 related projects at the University of Zurich and University Hospital Zurich and a prospective Harvard Chan School of public health graduate. Due to his early involvement in the pandemic, he was commissioned Chief Medical Officer for a NATO base advising on COVID-19 policies in the rank of a Captain. He is a regular speaker for the leadership panel of the German Bundeswehr on AI in medicine. He is currently focusing on Testasy, a venture combining a telemedicine-home sampling approach to facilitate COVID-19 testing.

She received the diploma of the dentist at the Medical University of K. Marcinkowski in Poznań. For several years she worked in the hospital of the Ministry of Interior and Administration. For over 10 years she was associated with the pharmaceutical industry, where in the largest Polish pharmaceutical company she was responsible for the analysis of the safety of pharmacotherapy and the assessment of the safety profile of medicinal products, including by detecting signals about potential risks. Based on the available recommendations, it has developed a tailor-made security signal management path. Particular attention is paid to the multi-disease and multi-drug nature occurring in patients. She gets satisfaction from searching for and working out solutions to difficult problems.

A graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology, majoring in Automation and Robotics. He gained experience in international project teams for several years working in various managerial positions at Siemens. His main responsibilities included supervision over the development and market implementation of innovative projects and systems developed by Siemens. In addition to his master's studies at the Warsaw University of Technology, he obtained an Executive MBA from the Warsaw University of Technology Business School, as well as completed a Projects & Engineering Management (PMI) postgraduate course, which expanded his business knowledge, allowing for effective management of teletechnical and IT projects. Passionate about the Internet of Things and real-time machine inference based on data analysis from many sources.

Succeeded in product launch, management & development, business strategy & operation, driving new business opportunities, products, solutions, marketing & sales execution. Has professional experience working, living and realising projects in cities from Warsaw, Berlin, London, Tel Aviv, Chicago and Western Australia.

Co-founded 3 startups. Before moving to London six years ago, she experienced a micro exit after successfully sold - Elite Card, a marketplace Loyalty Program with more than 400 partners and 3000 paying customers.
