Żaneta Berus held the prestigious position of the Consul Commercial at the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Chicago and was responsible for the promotion of the Polish economy on the American market. For 16 years she was associated with the EXPO XXI facility in Warsaw (belonged to English Expomedia Group). Since 2006 the Managing Director and the President of the Management Board.
Żaneta also worked as the Managing Director of Ptak Warsaw Expo for 2 years - the largest exhibition facility in Poland - being particularly responsible for coordinating activities and cooperation with external clients and international organizations.
From January 2020 to June 2022, she also worked on behalf of an event agency and the Ministry of Development and Technology, implementing an economic promotion programme: national stands and economic missions for Polish companies on foreign markets.
At the same time, since 2011 she has been running her consulting company In2Win and advises organizers and companies interested in organizing events, in particular trade fairs. She cooperates with various business entities in the field of economic promotion.

Żaneta Berus is also active in the Event Industry Association, as its director for international development (it is pro bono service), many years she was the Vice President of the Polish Chamber of Exhibition Industry, a member of the Conferences and Congresses in Poland Association and a member of UFI - the World Association trade fair industry. She is active member of IAEE (International Association of Exhibitions and Events) and their licensed faculty of CEM (Certified in Exhibition Management) program worldwide (CEM Instructors Archive - IAEE).
For her activities for the benefit of local government and merits for the promotion of Poland, Żaneta Berus received the Silver Cross of Merit, the second most important state decoration, awarded by the President of the Republic of Poland. The event industry also appreciated her commitment. She was awarded the title of MP-12 as the best facility manager in the Venue-Supplier category,. Żaneta Berus received another industry distinction - the title of "Personality of the Year" in the "Object Manager"category, as well as the Badge of Merit for Tourism awarded by the Ministry of Sport and Tourism.

Mateusz Bodio is a founder and a Managing Director in RKKVC – a venture capital firm that invests in deep tech (AI, ML) companies from Europe as well as from the United States. Some of the flagship investments includes SpaceX, KarmaCheck or MoveAI. He is an entrepreneur with a demonstrated work experience in the USA, United Kingdom, Poland and Kazakhstan, on the other hand he has successful exit from a start-up in transport industry.

Before joining RKKVC, Mateusz worked in family office that that core business was heavy industry. The office has its own VC arm that invest in IoT and data science companies. Mateusz served as an adviser to portfolio companies and leveraged his professional network to create new opportunities and open business channels. Mateusz also held position as a management board and supervisory board member in companies from IoT 4.0 and data science/big data industry. 

Mateusz enjoys mentoring entrepreneurs and defining marketing and product strategies. He have advised, invested and raised capital for companies and venture capital firms across a spectrum of funding sources from angel investors to the CVC funds. She gained her 20 years of experience in multinational and polish corporations. Most of that time she was responsible for the region of Eastern Europe, Central Europe, Russia, Turkey, North Africa and the Middle East. During that time she effectively managed all business processes in the areas of marketing, purchasing, e-commerce and sales for brands such as Levi Strauss, Monster Energy, 4F, Outhorn and Under Armour. Her most recent experience was as General Manager and President of the Board in GO Sport Polska sp. z o.o.
She is an MBA graduate from Oxford Brooks University. At Kozminski University, she completed the postgraduate course "Management in Fashion Industry" in 2011 in cooperation with Viamoda.
She has been an ICC Coach and Team Coach for 8 years, which has helped her develop the teams she has worked with, spread across as many as 17 European countries.
After work, she practices triathlon. At the “Kuźnia Triathlonu” club, she trains six times a week swimming, biking and running.

He believes that achieving success requires constant development and crossing apparent boundaries. After working hours, he devotes himself to running training, which he says he doesn't like. Participation in mountain ultramarathons has shown him how to turn seemingly impossible things into feasible ones. Konrad Jędraszczak is a Long Life Learner type - an EMCC Certified Coach, and has recently started a Coaching Course. Even in the most stressful situations, he demonstrates superhuman calm and composure, which are the result of years of experience gained during interdisciplinary implementations.

Mickael is a graduate of Finance and Accounting at Kozminski University. He spent his academic years between Kedge Business School, France and Kozminski University, Poland where he obtained a Bachelor degree in Management and Master degree in Finance with the highest distinction. Mickael first gained experience in the business development field through internships in various startups while following his undergraduate study. Jakub graduated from Poznan University of Technology with a degree in construction and logistics, as well as an MBA and completed postgraduate studies in Corporate Financial Management at Kozminski University. On a daily basis, he works as Director of the Logistics Office at Torpol S.A. He is involved in construction and logistics management. Rita Emilia Kozłowska, born in 1993 in Etobicoke, Canada. Came to Poland at the age of 7 and began studying in Warsaw. Graduate Kozminski University, Psychology in management (bachelor degree), Management in virtual environment (master degree). During studies, she was involved in the work of ESN and the student council. She also attended courses at the universities of London, Sydney and Toronto. Later, she completed postgraduate studies in Interior Design at the Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź. Member of the Asbiro Toastmasters club in which she was the president for 1 term. For 9 years she has been working at Komandor SA, where she started with the position of an Assistant in the Marketing Department, and now she is the Operations Director and Proxy. Agnieszka Kręciszewska, currently CEO at Caparol Poland, and previously a long-time CFO at a number of companies, has many years of experience in the broadly understood area of finance and management gained in international production and trade companies with American, British and German capital. She participated in projects in the field of drafting the directions of the company's development, forming competitive advantages and value proposition, defining a marketing strategy (product, price, communication), building sales structures and developing their competences, creating and improving stock exchange and management reporting, business modeling, consolidation and restructuring , M&A, optimization and improvements (tax, processes), shaping the SSC / BPO functions.
She is a graduate of the University of Economics. She expanded her knowledge at numerous postgraduate studies of reputable universities such as the Warsaw School of Economics and Kozminski University. She also graduated from EMBA and CIMA. Arthur's professional career has been associated with banking from the very beginning. He started in the Telephone Customer Service Department and then he co-created the newly established Department of Telephone Sales of Banking Products. After a few years he joined the Compliance department in the areas of AML, KYC, Sanctions as well as ABC (Anti Bribery and Corruption) where he works to this day. Currently he holds an Expert position within the Independent Compliance Risk Management Department in Citibank Europe PLC.

Florentyna is a graduate of the War Studies University in a field of national security and the Kozminski University alumni of postgraduate studies -AML and Compliance Analyst. From the very beginning of his professional career, Andrzej has been involved in dispute resolution, including commercial disputes and all aspects of debt collection. With Ørsted since 2020, since December 2021 she has headed the regulatory team of the Polish office.
Graduate of law at the University of Warsaw and finance and accounting at the Warsaw School of Economics.
Doctor of Laws at ALK (defense June 2022).
Specializes in international and domestic energy transition regulations, particularly in topics related to the reconstruction of energy markets to achieve climate neutrality, regulatory development and investment projects in new technologies and sectors, particularly offshore wind energy.
Prior to joining Ørsted, she spent many years advising private and public entities on the application of renewable support schemes, as well as on strategic investment planning in the context of the regulatory aspects of energy and industrial investment projects while working for leading law firms and the regulatory team of a major energy company. She also has experience in EU regulation gained during a year-long assignment in Brussels.

He gained his experience at one of the largest private Investment Management Compaty in Poland. He co-established and administered Luxembourg investment funds. In 2018, he became the youngest holder of an Investment Company Agent license in Poland. Since 2021, he is co-founder of KWLM Inwestycje, where he is a partner and client advisor. He supports entrepreneurs on the wealth-building path and manages investment portfolios for high-net-worth individuals.

I gained my professional experience in reputable law firms and as an in-house lawyer. Agnieszka Zasikowska, PhD-  tax advisor with over 30 years of experience in business, many years of practice as a financial director, having an international CIMA diploma in management accounting. She has developed and implemented many solutions adapting business models to current business requirements, increasing intra-organizational efficiency and implementing corporate governance processes. He has been involved in the Internet marketing market for over 10 years. An entrepreneur and an enthusiast of great design, born in 1990 in Bialystok. A graduate of Economics of the University of Bialystok, as well as a scholarship holder. In 2015 completed his Master's thesis in Management in Virtual Environment at Kozminski University, under the supervision of Prof. Dr Grzegorz Mazurek. Four years later took on and finished a postgraduate program at the Institute of Industrial Design - Total Design Management. He has been developing furniture brands for nine years, the most widely recognised of which is the Górna Półka brand, with its sales and marketing embedded exclusively in digital. In 2017, honoured by The First Million [„Pierwszy Milion”] monthly magazine published by Forbes. In 2020, awarded in the competition organised by the Marshal of Podlaskie, Podlaska Marka Roku [Podlasie - The Brand of the Year]. He participated in the ongoing progression of e-commerce in Poland and witnessed its growth on a day-to-day basis. Motivated by his own ambition and willingness to take risks he developed a company with its own highly advanced production facility starting with a limited budget.
