Visiting Staff and Faculty
The over-riding criteria are:
- potential research collaboration with KU faculty
- the academic standing and achievements of the visitors in terms of their research and/or teaching;
- visitors’ potential for making a substantial contribution to skills in the host institution;
- the value of proposed subject taught at KU;
The emphasis should be on the diffusion of skills, and priority will be given to new or recent collaborative ventures.

- CV
- Erasmus+ Staff Mobility Agreement
- Erasmus+ Financial Agreement if a visitor is an Erasmus+ scholarship holder granted by KU (non – EU visitors).

Individuals may apply for teaching period during whole calendar year.
The best teaching period is during the academic year is from the 10-th of October till the end of May.
Visiting Professors are expected to teach at least 8 -10 hours course related to their research, subject up to 5 days stay.
If relevant office at KU is available to host the visit at requested by the Guest time, the Guest will be welcomed.
Visiting Professors are required to review the selection criteria part first, prepare the Application Form and CV, send them to the vguminska@kozminski.edu.pl
Visitors may apply for teaching period during whole calendar year. The best teaching period is during the academic year is from the 10-th of October till the end of May.
After the Application is reviewed by the Director of the International Relations Office, it will be forwarded to the KU Management Body, who makes the final decision regarding the guests’ visit.
The Guest will be advised, in writing, of the outcome of the application within maximum 4 (four) weeks after the submission of the request.
After the Visitor is accepted, KU representative will be in touch with the Guest in order to set up a schedule of the visits.
The Visitor will be introduced to the KU academic staff from the similar fields or according to your Application requests.
The Erasmus+ scholarship consist of the grant for the stay and grant for the travel and insurance.
If the Candidate’s Application reviewed positive by the KU authorities, the Visitor is informed by email about his/her acceptance. At the same time he/she will be asked to fill out, sign, scan, and send the Financial Agreement and Staff Mobility for Teaching or Training Mobility Agreement to the Director of IRO vguminska@kozminski.edu.pl
The grants will be transferred into the participant’s bank account, mentioned in the Financial Agreement in one installment.
The period of stay, covered by EU, is 5 days of stay and 2 day of travel.
The sum for stay is 980 euro, the scholarship rate is 140 euro per day
