Startup impact program

The number of Positive Impact Startups is growing. It is to them - young enterprises working for a better future - that we direct the new edition of the acceleration programe.

The new edition of the acceleration programe Startups of Positive Impact, thanks to Żabka's support, gives completely new opportunities to startups creating impactful solutions. Using the resources of ALK and Żabka, we provide the opportunity to test business assumptions in the Żabka environment as well as technical, substantive and expert support. Moreover, the best startups will have a chance for further cooperation with the leader of innovation in the convenience sector.

We would like to invite startups whose activity is in line with one of the areas to take part in the Startup Impact Program:

FoodTech

• Alternative (non-animal) proteins for human nutrition products (cellular meat, fermentation proteins, plant-based meat alternatives, etc.).
• Plant-based food substitutes for the modern convenience industry.

 Responsible entrepreneurship 

• Development of entrepreneurial skills and competencies for a modern economy.

Good health and quality of life

• Solutions to improve the well-being of children and young people with a particular focus on mental health and emotional balance.
• Solutions facilitating independence and a start in the labor market for young people at risk of social exclusion.

 Sustainable development 

• Innovative methods to reduce food waste in the value chain.
• Solutions and technologies for improving air quality in cities.
• Decarbonisation and technologies - solutions for capturing and neutralizing carbon dioxide from the air.

 Biodegradable packaging 

• Alternative solutions for recyclable or compostable plastics for pre-packaged food products ready to eat or heat.

The accelerator programe will be conducted in both Polish and English.
