Insurance Prevention in the Age of New Technologies

The aim of the project is to explore and strengthen the preventive function of insurance. We consider this topic significant due to the changing risk landscape, the emergence of new risk prevention technologies, and the lack of regulations in this area. Regulatory issues related to the use of new technologies in insurance are currently under discussion, highlighting the need for research and publications that incorporate a legal perspective on insurance prevention.
The project’s objectives include analyzing the impact of new technologies on prevention and the potential changes they may bring to the insurance sector, including from a legal standpoint.
