Every 1-2 months, we invite you to an inspirational meeting with the best experts in the field of ESG, Sustainable Development, and green finance. The events are organized in a hybrid formula, so it is up to you if you want to join us on the University campus or online on the MS Teams platform. What will be discussed during the meeting?
- The modern role of Finance Leader– finance management but value creating in all other business function . Key player in finance but effective business partner in boards of directors.
- Create value from the strategy, how it’s executed in the company based on Stategic Road Map
- ESG management. Sustainability priorities are woven into all what is done, including business strategy, policies, leadership engagement, operating mechanisms, commitments and ultimately in products and services.
- Finance in Operational cycles: AOP (Annual Operating Plans), MOBM ( Monthly Operating Business Meeting ), BoDM ( Board of Directors Meeting ) Ordinary shareholders meetings, FP&A activities

I am Leszek Cichocki, a retired Chief Financial Officer with 40 years of professional experience in global companies.
For 23 years I have worked for Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company located in Ohio USA as CFO for Central Europe, Scandinavia, Middle East. I I have been an Executive Committees Member but later on Board of Directors member in Goodyear Poland , Goodyear Scandinavia, Goodyear Norway ,Denmark and Goodyear Turkey . I worked leading finance in world biggest airline - American Airlines, US West one of main Telecom company in USA, but very first in National Bank of Poland.
I worked across the whole managerial scope of corporations from strategy development and execution to operational running of entities achieving substantial growth, increase of Market share, growing of Cash Flow but last not least changing competitiveness of my companies by innovation and transformation.
I have graduated from Warsaw School of Economics, University of Toronto and Stanford University mainly Finance.
