Every second month, we invite you to an inspirational meeting with the best experts in the field of ESG, Sustainable Development, and green finance. What will be discussed during this meeting?

• growing significance of ESG in business valuations and whether this is a temporary trend, a modern requirement, or a commercially viable initiative
• ESG issues from regulatory and academic viewpoints, including valuation standards, best practices, and scientific perspectives
• various approaches to incorporating ESG in company valuations with the lack of consensus on a single correct method

Tomasz Wiśniewski - Partner, Deal Advisory, Head of Valuation Services in CEE, KPMG Poland.

Thirty years of experience in transaction advisory in the field of business valuations, fairness opinions and due diligence analyses in Poland, CEE and EMEA region. During this time, I led over a thousand valuation engagements including business, tangible and intangible assets with a total value exceeding USD 100 billion. Guest lecturer at Kozminski University. He has completed 18 marathons and almost 50 half-marathons and triathlons.
