Special Guest:
He has over a decade of experience in sustainability reporting and data management. He has worked for the Warsaw Stock Exchange, GPW Benchmark, and EY Poland. He was responsible for introducing the first socially responsible company indices in Central Europe, the RESPECT Index and WIG-ESG. He coordinated the publication of ESG reporting guidelines for listed companies and the launch of the Warsaw Sustainable Segment.
He is actively involved in academic and research activities. He co-developed the postgraduate program "ESG Manager" at the Cracow University of Economics and the GPW Growth course "ESG in Practice." He is the author of studies on the diversity of boards of listed companies and the impact of ESG factors on investment decisions of professional capital market participants.
Additionally, he is the leader of the ESG Reporting Working Group of the Sustainable Finance Platform and a member of the Working Group on the development of non-financial reporting at the Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy. He is also a co-founder and member of the Audit Committee of the POLSIF Association. In 2022, he received the Special Award from the Responsible Capital Congress.
