The meeting will be with Dr. Nimisha Singh, Assistant Professor of Information Technology at Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH), India.
Nimisha’s teaching and research interest are in the area of IS Project Management, Cyber Security, Artificial Intelligence, Design Thinking and Impact. She has published and presented papers in national and international conferences. She is also on the editorial board of South Asian Journal of Business and Management Cases- a Scopus Indexed Journal published by Sage and a regular reviewer of reputed international journals. She is the faculty mentor for IBM Global Remote Mentoring Program. She has delivered online lectures for “project management” through eQuest, the elearning platform of Quality Council of India.
Moderated by Monika Sońta, Ph.D., Department of Management in Networked and Digital Societes. Doctor of Social Sciences. Assistant Professor at the Chair of Network Society Management at ALK and lecturer at postgraduate studies Employer Branding. Her areas of scientific interest include organizational communication and employee engagement, creativity in organizations, building an organizational climate that supports diversity (Diversity and Inclusion) and quality of working life (Quality of Working Life).
