Why participate in the Program?
The following Development Program, is a series of four workshops in which:
- You will exchange practical knowledge with successors and advisors who have experienced the succession process.
- You will look at the succession process from the perspective of psychological, communication and management challenges.
- The workshop nature of the class will also enable you to learn specific skills necessary for a future successor/successor.
- Participants in the workshop, will be able to determine their individual leadership style using the ILM72 business diagnosis.
- You will be able to make business contacts with workshop participants that may pay off in the future.
The program is fully conducted in Polish.
Participation in the Program for Kozminski University students is free of charge.
