Human capital and social capital are strategic and dynamic resources that cannot be imitated, therefore they will be always important in any type of organization. Competences that are studied and taught by the Human Resource Management Department are needed for every employee, regardless of their place of work (production, services, administration) and place in the organization (managerial and executive positions). We investigate many issues related to human resource management, such as recruitment and selection, training and development, and performance management. Traditional HR fields are supplemented with issues on technology in HR (information systems, social media, artificial intelligence, machine and deep learning, virtual and augmented reality, and blockchain technology). To be in line with practitioners we cooperate with companies such as Randstad, Deloitte, and Oracle.
