Department of Administration and Administrative Law

The subject of scientific and didactic research carried out by the Department of Administration and Administrative Law are regulations related to the organization of public administration and broadly understood administrative law.  

The Department's research concerns in particular: 

- the law of foreigners,  

- the legal situation of a public administration body, with particular emphasis on collective bodies,  

- non-standard public administration entities, 

- organizational models of instance,  

- new technologies law,  

- formal and legal aspects of business activity, 

- banking law. 

Employees of the Department conduct classes (lectures, exercises and seminars) in all fields of study at the Academy. The employees of the Department also conduct bachelor's, diploma and doctoral seminars.
