The project is implemented within the framework of the Scholarship and Training Fund (STF) co-financed from the EEA and Norway Grants 2009-2014. The Foundation for the Development of the Education System is the Intermediate Authority.

Kozminski University owes is ranked so high in rankings thanks the process of constant monitoring of the standards and quality of teaching and offering students innovative fields of study. This was also the idea behind the “Management in Virtual Environments” specialisation. This is a graduate-level programme, pursued by 40 people altogether by 31.05.2016. Running the project will significantly improve the competitiveness of KU also thanks to the development of an internal quality system. KU’s staff will participate in a study visit to one of the leading Norwegian higher education institutions. Such visits create an opportunity for observation, exchange of experience, mutual inspiration and – in the pragmatic dimension – transfer of the witnessed innovations to the university and revision of one’s own work standards.

The effects of the project will lasting, ranging far beyond the population of 40 students being its direct beneficiaries. The framework of the project will also involve issuing a publication on issues related to management in virtual environments and organising a closing conference/networking event hosting entities operating in this area.
