OPENING SESSION

PROF. SEBASTIAN JARZĘBOWSKI

Professor in the Department of Economics, Director of the Logistics & SCM Center at Kozminski University, Director of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) in Poland, and Research Fellow at the Supply Chain Risk and Resilience Research (SCR3) Institute, University of Missouri–St. Louis.

He has extensive experience in teaching and leading projects in the fields of information technology in logistics, business process modeling, and supply chain management. His research focuses on enterprise efficiency, supply chain management, and logistics.

Author of several dozen publications, including international ones. He has completed multiple research stays at leading universities in Australia, Austria, France, Germany, and the USA, and has served as a Visiting Professor at the Fisher College of Business, Ohio State University, USA, and at the University of Bonn, Germany. He is a recipient of scholarships from the Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst (DAAD), the Schaumann Foundation, and others.

Coordinator of over 20 national and international research and development (R&D) and business projects carried out under programs such as Horizon 2020, Interreg, POWER, POKL, RPO, FP7, NCN, and NCBiR, focusing on logistics and supply chain management, particularly supply chain integration, digital transformation, and procurement management.

ROBERT PRZYBYLSKI

Moderator of the Opening Session

A journalist with over 30 years of experience, currently leading the Logistyka.rp.pl section at the Rzeczpospolita daily newspaper.

Author of several books on the history of road transport and transport history in general.

JANUSZ PIECHOCIŃSKI

President of the Polish-Asian Chamber of Commerce and Industry

Between 2012 and 2015, he served as Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Economy. During his term, he participated in high-level meetings with representatives from over 120 countries, actively promoting the Polish economy and its products, while encouraging foreign investment in Poland.

An economist by education, he has extensive experience in economic analysis and investment support. He has organized and led numerous business missions aimed at strengthening economic ties between Poland and its international partners.

Currently, he serves as President of the Polish-Asian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and heads Piechociński Consulting, where he advises the management boards of publicly listed companies in Poland and international investment funds.

ADAM BROŻEK

Director of Business Development, EY

At EY, he is responsible for attracting and supporting investors from Asia and the Americas. He is an expert in international business development, diplomacy, foreign affairs, cybersecurity, auditing, IT systems, financial management, and project management.

Throughout his career, he has led projects in over 50 countries across five continents and has visited more than 100. As a non-partisan professional, he also headed foreign trade at the Ministry of Development.

Privately, he divides his time between Warsaw and Shanghai.

ANDRZEJ BEKIERSKI

Contract Logistics Director, Paul Schockemöhle Logistics Polska Moderator of the Warehouse Session

He has been involved in logistics for over 17 years. In 2008, he joined Raben Polska, where he was responsible for launching a new branch in Opole, including the development of office, sales, and transport-warehouse structures. Later, he moved to the Gliwice branch, where he oversaw and developed the local sales department. He then took on the role of Key Account Manager in international distribution.

From 2017, he worked at the Raben Logistics Polska headquarters, focusing on the development of warehouse logistics. On November 2, 2022, he joined Maszoński Logistic as Contract Logistic Business Development Director, where he built internal structures and competencies necessary for launching and managing warehouse logistics.

Since February 2, 2025, he has been working at Paul Schockemöhle Logistics Polska as Contract Logistics Manager, once again responsible for the development of contract logistics.

JAROSŁAW DĄBROWSKI

Sales Director Hardis Group

For over three years, he has been responsible for sales development at Hardis Group Polska, focusing on advanced SaaS and cloud computing solutions for the logistics sector, including the Reflex WMS warehouse management system. He supports clients in effectively implementing Reflex WMS in the Google Cloud environment and integrating it with the Google Cloud Marketplace – simplifying the purchasing process and enabling flexible system scaling across different markets.

In 2023, he co-developed the strategy for the first Hardis Group development center in Poland, aimed at driving innovation in warehouse process automation, data analytics, and robotics.

With 15 years of experience in the IT industry – from early AI and machine learning projects (IBM Watson), through ERP systems (including INFOR), to advanced logistics systems – he brings a unique perspective on the evolution of SaaS technologies in logistics. He specializes in implementing predictive algorithms, real-time data analysis, and AI-based solutions to optimize warehouse operations. He has advised and implemented solutions for global brands such as FM Logistic, Legrand, ID Logistics, Oriflame, Novartis, and Sanofi.

JERZY GLINKOWSKI

Partner The Flow Chain & Founder 55 PARTNERS 

A senior supply chain manager with experience across four continents, working for global FMCG and regulated companies such as P&G, PepsiCo, Metsa, Avon, GSK, Unilever, and Philip Morris.

He specializes in sustainable transformations in manufacturing, logistics, demand and supply planning, customer collaboration, and omnichannel go-to-market strategies. Actively engaged in supply chain automation and digitization, he leads with passion and serves as a mentor.

He holds degrees in mechatronic engineering, economics, and an MBA.

In his free time, he competes in mountain and road cycling races, sails, and enjoys cooking.

ZBIGNIEW GAWĘDA

Associate, Senior Manager, Business Development, Industrial&Logistics, Cushman&Wakefield

A senior manager with over 20 years of experience in supply chain operations. He has worked in international companies across business development, warehouse logistics, process optimization, project and quality management. For many years, he supported eCommerce companies as a logistics operator, helping them find optimal warehouse locations and solutions for setting up distribution centers in Poland and managing cross-border logistics.

He is the author of numerous articles and expert commentaries in industry media, and a frequent moderator and panelist. A graduate of the University of Economics in Katowice and the MBA program at the University of Warsaw.

Currently at Cushman & Wakefield, he is responsible for the company’s business development in the industrial sector. He builds relationships, identifies the best locations, and helps clients secure optimal lease or purchase conditions for warehouse and production space.

PIOTR DOPIERAŁA

Director Supply Chain & Logistics Auchan Retail Polska

Piotr Dopierała is one of the most experienced supply chain managers in the retail industry. He began his professional career at Raben Group and later spent many years developing global supply chain and logistics strategies for Metro Group, working in Düsseldorf, Istanbul, and Hong Kong.

After returning to Poland, he served as Logistics Director at LPP SA. For the past five years, he has held the position of Supply Chain and Logistics Director at Auchan Retail Polska.

He holds degrees from the University of Life Sciences and the University of Logistics in Poznań, and completed an Executive MBA at ETH Zurich as well as doctoral studies at the College of Management and Finance at the Warsaw School of Economics.

MARCIN ALBETZKI

Branch Manager Poland Körber Supply Chain Automation 

As Branch Manager Poland at Körber Supply Chain Automation, he is responsible for developing and executing strategies that strengthen the company’s position as a leader in warehouse automation on the Polish market. With 20 years of experience in automation – covering both production and logistics processes – he creates innovative solutions that optimize clients’ operational efficiency.

A graduate of Automation and Robotics at Gdańsk University of Technology, he is passionate about artificial intelligence and emerging technologies, believing in their potential to make the world a better place. He also finds inspiration in travel, which allows him to discover new perspectives.

JACEK PRZERWA

Technical Director of Logistics, Headquarters | Rossmann

A manager with over 20 years of experience in maintenance and logistics automation investments across Europe. Currently serves as Technical Director of Logistics at Rossmann SDP and Program Manager for the construction of Rossmann’s new automated logistics center in Pyskowice.

He is a graduate of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at Lodz University of Technology and the Faculty of Environmental Engineering at Warsaw University of Technology. As a Project Manager, he builds cross-functional project teams that implement automation in production and logistics processes, and he is eager to share his knowledge and experience.

Privately, he is a fan of heavy music.

MICHAŁ TUPACZ

Senior Sales Engineer for Logistics Systems at Jungheinrich Polska Sp. z o.o.

A sales engineer with many years of experience in logistics systems and warehouse automation.

Graduate of Civil Engineering and MBA studies, holding construction qualifications in the structural and building specialty.

He specializes in designing and implementing solutions that enhance operational efficiency, combining technical expertise with business consulting.

PIOTR RYL

Chief Operating Officer, Translog Systems

A graduate of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the Military University of Technology, he decided to pursue a career in internal logistics after completing his studies. Over the past 10 years, he has developed his skills and gained hands-on experience in the field. At Translog Systems, he serves as Chief Operating Officer. His responsibilities include not only actively selling warehouse automation solutions but also overseeing comprehensive implementations tailored to individual client needs, building and developing the sales team, and coordinating activities across all departments of the company.

He actively participates in industry conferences and training sessions, continuously expanding his knowledge and staying up to date with the latest trends in logistics and warehouse automation.

JAKUB KŁOCZEWIAK

Chief Operations Officer, Allegro

Jakub Kłoczewiak is Chief Operations Officer and a member of the management team at Allegro, responsible for delivery and customer service. He oversees order fulfillment operations, logistics services, and Trust & Safety at the leading e-commerce platform, which is expanding internationally.

Jakub led the transformation of Allegro’s customer service department and implemented a new strategy aimed at improving satisfaction and the shopping experience for millions of platform users, as well as supporting sellers. Under his leadership, Allegro introduced a process-based structure, improved key performance indicators, and launched new online and social media contact channels, reinforcing its position as a sector leader in customer service.

Before joining Allegro, Jakub held various executive roles in major Polish service companies, including leading telecoms. He served as Vice President of Liberty Global/UPC Polska, managing Customer Care & Customer Experience across the CEE region. Earlier, he led Orange subsidiaries: Contact Center and Orange Customer Service.

He is a graduate of SGH Warsaw School of Economics, the University of Warsaw, and holds an MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

TOMASZ WCISŁO

Central Logistics Director Leroy Merlin

A supply chain leader with over 10 years of experience in international FMCG and DIY environments. For the past 7 years, he has been with Leroy Merlin Polska, where he is currently responsible for creating, developing, and implementing strategies in the areas of warehousing and distribution.

He is a graduate of the University of Nottingham, Rotterdam School of Management, SGH / EY Academy of Business, and ICAN Institute.

MARCIN BIAŁY

CEO, Grandmetric | Advisory Architect

A network and IT security systems architect by education and passion. He has led major transformation projects for clients in banking, manufacturing, logistics, and public institutions. Formerly associated with Orange and IBM, for the past 10 years he has been shaping the direction of Grandmetric’s growth, especially within the Technical Pre-Sales department, which provides expert consulting in cybersecurity and IT infrastructure.

He successfully expanded the company into the U.S., U.K., and Swedish markets, and his engineering team has delivered projects for organizations across all continents.

JACEK LEDWOŃ

Chief Operating Officer Poland & Czech Republic, GXO

Associated with the company for over 10 years, he currently manages more than a dozen logistics centers serving clients in e-commerce, FMCG, DIY, and retail sectors. Previously, within GXO’s structures in France, he was responsible for designing comprehensive logistics solutions and improving supply chains across several European countries. He supported clients throughout the entire concept and implementation process of logistics projects.

He began his logistics career at FM Logistics, where he held operational roles managing distribution centers for local and global brands in the food, technology, and pharmaceutical industries.

He holds degrees in Economics from the University of Łódź and in Supply Chain Management from Kozminski University. He has completed numerous trainings in coaching management, lean management, negotiation techniques, PRINCE2 project management, and PROSCI change management, both in Poland and abroad.

Currently, as part of GXO’s educational program “Career Academy,” he lectures at Kozminski University in the field of logistics and supply chain management.

OLGA PALEC - FURGA

Country Manager R-Bag Moderatorka sesji transportowej

For over two decades, she has been active in the aviation and logistics industries, building her career around designing business concepts that not only create value and generate revenue but also introduce innovation to the market.

An MBA graduate from Kozminski University, she was awarded “Best MBA Participant” in the Logistics and Supply Chain specialization. She also completed the School of Professional Business Experts, co-organized by Redegate and Kozminski University, enhancing her consulting and advisory skills. Currently, she works as an independent business consultant, supporting companies in the aviation and logistics sectors.

Founder and Board Member of the Gabriela Kownacka Foundation “Sztuka Leczenia,” which supports women in their fight against breast cancer.

She also served as Vice-Chair of the Airline Operations Committee at Warsaw Chopin Airport in 2008–2009.

As an active business angel and investor, she engages in innovative projects, supporting enterprises at every stage of development. Currently, she lectures in the MBA program at Kozminski University, known for her positive energy and ability to nurture young talent. She believes in landing on solid business foundations while striving to reach the highest altitudes.

DOMINIK LANDA

Director of Strategy and Development, Port of Gdańsk Authority

A graduate of the Faculty of Transport and Logistics and the Faculty of Econometrics and IT at the University of Gdańsk. He also completed the Executive MBA program at GFKM and Erasmus University Rotterdam.

He began his professional career in the maritime sector at Maersk Line Poland, where he served as Operations Director for Central and Eastern Europe. He then spent many years at DCT Gdańsk (now Baltic Hub) as Commercial Director. Before joining the Port of Gdańsk Authority, he was responsible for business development at HHLA International GmbH, serving as Director of Development and Intermodal.

Throughout his career, he has led logistics projects across Poland and Central and Eastern Europe. His key achievements include launching the first direct ocean service on the Baltic Sea (AE10) with Maersk Line and developing the growth strategy for DCT Gdańsk, transforming it into the largest container hub on the Baltic and one of the largest in Europe.

A transport enthusiast, he lectures at the University of Gdańsk and WSB University. He is also co-founder and co-host of the podcast ETA.fm, dedicated to maritime topics, logistics, and supply chains.

DAWID KUJACZYŃSKI

Global Supply Chain Planning Director Amica Group

A supply chain expert with 15 years of experience and a graduate of Poznań University of Technology in Logistics. He successfully implements and leads development and innovation projects in supply chain management, particularly those requiring comprehensive analysis and the use of modern technologies (digitalization).

Dawid is above all a practitioner, having gained his knowledge and experience by working across all elements of the supply chain—from procurement to distribution. He began his career at Imperial Tobacco, followed by Decora. At Beiersdorf (NIVEA), he managed supply chain categories at both national and European levels, introducing the S&OP process, optimizing transport and warehousing services, and improving all other supply chain components.

Currently, at Amica Group, he oversees the entire supply chain process for purchased goods as Supply Chain Planning Director. He is the author of the company-wide S&OP process and numerous innovative solutions in data analysis (digital supply chain monitoring) and efficient warehouse space utilization. He has achieved notable success in transport and inventory management and is a recipient of multiple individual awards in procurement and logistics leadership.

ANDRZEJ KOZŁOWSKI

Management Board Member, ROHLIG SUUS Logistics

Since January 2011, he has been a Member of the Management Board at ROHLIG SUUS Logistics, responsible for the strategic management and development of sea and air freight, intermodal transport, fleet operations, and international full truckload transport. He also oversees operations in Eastern markets and the company’s international expansion in Ukraine and Central Asia.

He has extensive experience in international freight forwarding and contract logistics, having previously worked for companies such as Raben and DHL. For seven years, he served as Managing Director of Raben’s Ukrainian subsidiary.

Fluent in English and Russian, he is a graduate of SGH Warsaw School of Economics.

JOANNA PORATH

CEO, AC Porath & Expert, Polish International Freight Forwarders Association

MBA graduate, with degrees in Transport Engineering and Commodity Science.

With many years of experience in the TSL (Transport, Shipping, Logistics) sector, she has gained deep insight into the daily operations of freight forwarders, logistics professionals, and their subcontractors. Her expertise in customs procedures allows her to streamline customs processes across various types of enterprises.

A seasoned director in the TSL industry, she combines management and business development skills in customs services, sea and intermodal freight forwarding, and air cargo. She has built her professional experience in both Poland and Germany, serving markets across Europe.

SEBASTIAN WRÓBEL

Sebastian has been involved in container transport for over twenty years. He is passionate about optimization and the use of data to build competitive advantage—both within logistics companies and in collaboration with BCOs (Beneficial Cargo Owners).

From the very beginning, his career has drifted between freight forwarding and technology: he has designed freight modules for ERP systems, advised several FreightTech startups, mentored at hackathons, and developed his own ventures—not only in logistics.

He is a strong advocate of knowledge-based self-development and digital identity ownership.

KRZYSZTOF LESZCZYŃSKI

Electromobility Expert, Volkswagen Financial Services

A graduate of SGH Warsaw School of Economics and the University of Warsaw, he also completed postgraduate studies in “Ecological Transport of the Future” under the auspices of the Kierunkowskaz Foundation and Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University. Currently, he is enrolled in the “Sustainable Development and ESG Reporting” program at Kozminski University.

For nearly 10 years, he has been active in the fleet market, specializing in consulting on the implementation of electric vehicles into corporate fleets in Poland. He lectures in the postgraduate program “New Mobility” at the Faculty of Automotive and Construction Machinery Engineering at Warsaw University of Technology, co-organized by the Polish New Mobility Association. He is also an author and speaker in electromobility training sessions for clients and fleet sales professionals.

A practitioner and enthusiast of electric mobility, he has driven over 410,000 km exclusively in electric vehicles. Privately, he is passionate about modern technologies, especially in the automotive sector. In his free time, he explores interests in architectural and urban history, tourism—particularly around the Mediterranean—and mountain hiking with his family.

JACEK NOWAKOWSKI

Wiceprezes Polskiej Platformy LNG i bioLNG, od lat zaangażowany w rozwój rynku skroplonego gazu ziemnego (LNG) i biometanu (bioLNG) w Polsce i regionie CEE. Z sukcesem łączy doświadczenie korporacyjne z działalnością ekspercką.

Od ponad 7 lat związany z IVECO, gdzie odpowiada za rozwój strategicznych rozwiązań w obszarze transportu niskoemisyjnego, w tym wdrażanie technologii LNG, bioLNG i pojazdów zeroemisyjnych. Aktywnie uczestniczy w dialogu branżowym jako członek Rady ds. Zielonej Transformacji przy Konfederacji Lewiatan, gdzie reprezentuje interesy sektora transportowego i logistycznego w kontekście polityki klimatycznej i energetycznej UE.

PIOTR STASIAK

Managing Director, Elcar

He is responsible for product development, strategy, and communication at Elcar, a company specializing in technologies for the logistics sector. He led the company’s rebranding project and the launch of new product lines in areas such as fleet management, cargo monitoring, supply chain optimization, and elcar DOCK—a radar-based system that enhances loading dock safety in logistics centers.

Previously, he spent 20 years in economic journalism (Polityka, Newsweek, Onet), working in media and advertising at the intersection of marketing and modern technologies. He holds a law degree from the University of Warsaw.

Privately, he compulsively buys and obsessively reads books, sharing reviews on Instagram.

Maciej Wątor

eMobility Manager, MAN Truck & Bus Polska

A graduate of AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków, he is a recipient of scholarships from the Prime Minister and the Minister of Education and Science for academic achievements in transport, forwarding, and logistics.

From January 2022 to March 2023, he served as Technical Project Leader at MAN Bus, managing the technical execution of city bus delivery projects across European markets. From April 2023 to January 2024, he was responsible for launching MAN eTruck zero-emission vehicles in Poland as Product Manager at MAN Truck & Bus Polska. Since February 2024, he has held the position of eMobility Manager, overseeing the development of electromobility at MAN Truck & Bus Polska.

With over 25 years of experience in the transport industry, I have gained expertise across various areas – from operational logistics to strategic management.
