Below, you will find all the key information on formal processes and requirements, along with a dedicated section to support you in finding accommodation.
We are here to make you feel part of the KU’s community and at home in Warsaw.
You can find our Welcome Point in building D, room D-125a.
Volunteers
The Welcome Point team consists of a dedicated group of several dozen student-volunteers. These engaged and creative students actively support Welcome Point’s initiatives and assist both staff and international students with matters related to legalization of stay and life in Poland.
Welcome Point volunteers are involved in three main areas:
• Organizing integration events for international students, allowing them to explore Polish culture and build new connections at the university. • Providing support with legalization of stay, assisting during visits to Polish public institutions, and facilitating adaptation to life in Warsaw. • Creating social media content that offers useful information, promotes exciting activities, and informs about on-campus events.
