Professor Paweł Korzyński teaches in the Department of Human Resource Management. In 2011–2013, he participated in a research program at Harvard Business School. Since 2016, he cooperates with the INSEAD Business School, where he implements his research project on technostress. He is also a board member of the PGB Human Resources consulting agency and a partner in N2Growth Executive Search agency (ranked in the world’s top ten by Forbes magazine). He has experience in setting HR start-ups such as HRplatform.pl (Applicant Tracking System) or MSplatform (Mystery Shopping research platform). Korzyński also authored many publications in the field of HR management, leadership, and professional social platforms in such international journals as International Journal of Manpower, Journal of Managerial Psychology, Business Horizons, European Management Journal, Asia-Pacific Journal of Human Resources, Internet Research, and Harvard Business Review. He also authored the book Przywództwo w erze cyfrowej (Leadership in Digital Era).
