Professor Marta Strumińska-Kutra, Ph.D. and habilitation in social science with specialization in economic sociology, organizational sociology, and city sociology; she teaches in the Department of Social Sciences at Kozminski University and VID Specialized University in Oslo, Norway. Since 2011, she has been a member of the Polish Sociological Association, the European Academy of Management, and the European Group for Organizational Studies. Strumińska-Kutra’s research develops in fields of sustainable transformation, governance, and the matters of conflict and power. She authored several scholarly publications in sociology and management, including the book Democratizing Public Management: Towards Practice-Based Theory (Palgrave Macmillan). She is a researcher and principal investigator in domestic projects financed by both Poland’s National Science Centre and international organizations.
