Professor Małgorzata Skórzewska-Amberg is Associate Professor at Kozminski University and teaches in the Department of Theory, Philosophy, and History of Law; she holds a habilitation in social sciences in the field of legal science, and a Ph.D. in law. She graduated from the Faculty of Technical Physics and Applied Mathematics of the Warsaw University of Technology (M.Eng. in computer science) and the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw (M.A. in law). Her scientific interests include new technologies law with a particular focus on cybercrime, the legal protection of children against sexual abuse, criminal law, cybersecurity, digital data protection, technical and legal aspects of cryptography, and related legislation.
