Professor Krzysztof Kalicki authored almost a hundred publications in finances and banking, including monographs, chapters, and articles in scientific journals. He is an active participant of Polish and international conferences. He graduated from the Main School of Planning and Statistics (currently SGH Warsaw School of Economics), from which he received his post-doctoral degree, and for many years, he worked there as a Lecturer in the Department of International Finance. The nature of Professor Kalicki’s scientific achievements coincides with the teaching effects of the courses he conducts.
Recent activity:
– Analyses and publications on the banking sector and, specifically, the issue of foreign currency credits and their impact on the banking sector.
– Lecturing and publishing articles on the operation of foreign currency markets, international financial markets, banking products, and market management.
– Popularizing and polemical activities such as press interviews, environmental and scientific conferences, and participation in panels popularizing banks’ problems.
– Cooperation with and membership in the authorities of institutions acting for the financial sector such as the Polish Bank Association, the monthly Bank, the Warsaw Institute of Banking, or the International Banking Forum.
