Professor Ewa Skrzydło-Tefelska is Associate Professor of Kozminski University and Head of the Division of Intellectual Property Law, which operates in the Department of International and European Union Law. She is a member of organizations such as International Trademark Association, Association Internationale de la Propriété Intellectuelle, Global Advertising Lawyers Alliance, and European Communities Trademark Association. In 2014–2015, she presided over the European section of Global Advertising Lawyers Alliance. Currently, she is a member of the Anticounterfeiting Committee of the International Trademark Association. On October 8, 2019, together with Medicines for Europe and the Polish Association of Pharma Industry Employers, Skrzydło-Tefelska organized the conference “Biosimilar Medicines: Clinical and Economic Aspects” at Kozminski University, during which she gave a lecture in the panel “Patients’ Access to Biological Treatment: Poland & CEE.”
In the academic year 2020/2021, Skrzydło-Tefelska lectured on Intellectual Property Law for the fifth year of full-time and part-time law students in Polish and, in English, for students of economic law and for international exchange students. On February 11, 2021, she delivered a lecture in English during the online conference “Influencers, Super Brands, and Celebs: Just Fame or a Brand with Repute?” organized by the European Trademark Association. In Autumn 2021, Professor Ryszard Skubisz’s jubilee book will be published, in which Skrzydło‑Tefelska is to publish her article “Nazwisko jako znak towarowy” (Surname as a Trademark).
