Polish market and opinion researcher with over 10 years of experience. She is a graduate of economics at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń and of psychology in management at the Leon Kozminski Academy in Warsaw. She also completed doctoral school in management science and quality at ALK. 

Her research interests include risk and crisis team management, dynamic capabilities of organizations, psychological aspects of cyber insecure behavior in organizations, and psychology of consumer behavior and practical application of experience economics in customer service. Privately, she is a sommelier with almost 10 years of experience.

Since 2020, she has served as Chairwoman of the Advisory Board of Management, Entrepreneurship and Psychology in Management, and is also a representative of young academics in the ALK Senate. From 2020 to 2024, she was the head of the undergraduate specialties of Enterprise Management, and HORECA management. Since 2024, she has been the head of the Management specialty of the Bachelor's degree program in English at Kozminski University. 

As part of her teaching activities, she teaches classes in market research, psychology of consumer behavior, crisis team management and project risk management.
