Sławomir Wymysłowski, Ph.D., teaches and heads the Division of Corporate Finance in the Department of Finance. He is Vice-Dean of the College of Finance and Economics responsible for studies in Finance and Accounting (since 2012) and Economics (since 2020). Wymysłowski specializes in corporate finance, business plans, financial analysis, and business valuation. He authored several scientific articles devoted to the issues of the above. He employs a significant part of own findings during his classes. In 1998–2002, he prepared several expert opinions on customer protection commissioned by the Parliamentary Competition and Consumer Protection Commission.
