Rafał Żebrowski, Ph.D., teaches and does research at Kozminski University since 2016 in the following subjects: Commercial Law, Bankruptcy Law, Mergers and Acquisitions. In teaching, he applies practical experience gained as legal counsel who specializes in the types of law taught at Kozminski University so that his classes – except for the traditional academic dimension – retain a practical element, which is necessary for all lawyers. Furthermore, since 2018, Żebrowski is Rector’s Plenipotentiary for Professional Practice of Law students, and since 2016, he has been a reviewer of several dozen master’s theses written by the students who participated in Professor Józef Okolski’s seminar on commercial law.
