Marta Górka, Ph.D., is Assistant Professor in the Department of Administration and Administrative Law; she holds a Ph.D. in legal sciences. She graduated from the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wrocław. She is a specialist in administrative and economic law, public finance of local governments, and management control. Her scientific interests include administrative and economic law, but also issues related to the law of new technologies, especially in the field of their application to improve public security and increase the effectiveness of public administration.
