Assistant Professor at the Department of Entrepreneurship and Business Ethics. In 2024, she defended her doctoral dissertation entitled "Transformation of employee-driven innovation into organizational routine" with distinction and received a doctoral degree in the discipline of management and quality sciences. Her broader research interests concern the area of employee empowerment in the organization. 

Since March 2022, Project Manager in the research project no. 2021/41/N/HS4/03698 “Transformation of employee-driven innovation into organizational routine” in the Preludium20 grant of the National Science Centre. From February 2022 to February 2024, she also worked as a contractor in the Opus19 research project on trust and control in management relations. 

A graduate of Management and Marketing at the Warsaw School of Economics and postgraduate studies  in Professional Coaching at the Kozminski University. She completed m.in programs: Academy of Effective Manager, First Time Manager Harvard Review Polska, User Experience Interaction Design Foundation, How to be a good moderator of the Polish Society for Market and Opinion Research. 

Since 2022, she has been the supervisor of the "Sukces" Entrepreneurship Club, including the Oxford Debates section. Awarded the Rector's Award for the Preludium 20 grant (2022, 2023) and for a scientific publication (2023).

Her advantage is her knowledge of the conditions of the business world, which results from many years of experience working both in a corporation and in running her own business. She understands the world of business and tries to connect it with the world of science as best as possible.  She is a member of the Polish SMB Marketing Association and the Family Business Initiative Association.  In 2018-2019, she was a Mentor in the II Mentoring Program of the Warsaw School of Economics.  In addition to her academic work, she is active in promoting better communication, m.in. on social media.
