Michał Kowalewski

I am a 4th year Master's Law student at the Kozminski University in Warsaw. For over a year I have been providing free legal assistance at the Student Legal Clinic of Kozminski University, originally in the criminal section (1 year) now in the civil section. In October of this year I took on the position of President of the Advice Centre. I started working ‘in the profession’ at the end of the second year of my studies, currently working in the Legal Advisers and Attorneys Office Głuchowski Siemiątkowski Zwara. I am particularly interested in broadly defined civil law (general part, property law, contract law, inheritance law, real estate law) and commercial law (commercial companies, industrial property, bankruptcy, M&A, business contracts and commercial actions, European commercial law, advertising law). In the future, I would like to become a civil trial lawyer because I feel comfortable in the courtroom. I take every opportunity to participate in trial simulations. In addition to this, I won two civil trial simulation competitions in my third year. In my spare time, I read and play chess.
