Mariusz is a graduate of the Kozminski University and has been a long-term mentor in the ALK Mentorship Program.

He co-created a tool for lawyers that received the "FT Innovation Award."

He began his professional career in transfer pricing teams at Deloitte and MDDP.

He then changed his career path and spent three years at the European Shared Services Center of Dentons, where he co-created a team focused on global market, client, and competition analysis. He was subsequently hired by the Warsaw branch of White & Case to establish a similar team specializing in secondary market research.

Last year, he started collaborating with AstraZeneca, where he serves as a Business Insights Manager in the Productivity Initiatives team, implementing global initiatives aimed at improving productivity, streamlining processes, or reducing costs.
