Malwina Rzepka is a PhD candidate and research assistant at Kozminski University, specializing in housing markets and real estate bubbles. She is the recipient of the National Science Centre's Preludium grant for her research project, "Bespoke Bubbles: New Determinants and Detection Methods of Housing Bubbles in Different Countries," which also serves as the focus of her doctoral dissertation. Her work, "Identifying Housing Market Bubbles: Bespoke Bubbles for Diverse Market Structures," has been selected for a poster session at the prestigious American Economic Association annual meeting. Malwina also serves as the Department’s secretary, managing meetings and administrative tasks.
