Justyna holds an MBA from Oxford Brookes University and a Postgraduate Degree in "Digital Transformation" from MIT.

With over 20 years of experience in both international and Polish corporations, she has led operations across Eastern and Central Europe, Russia, Turkey, North Africa, and the Middle East. She has managed key business areas like marketing, procurement, e-commerce, and sales for brands such as Levi Strauss, Monster Energy, 4F, Under Armour, and Outhorn.

Former CEO of Go Sport Polska, she is now CEO of Medicover Sport, overseeing sports and fitness operations, and serves on the boards of six other companies. She has been an ICC Coach for 10 years and a mentor at Kozminski University and the Foundation for Women Leaders in Business for 4 years.
