She specializes in economic consulting for market entry and has extensive experience as a recruiter and headhunter for expert and managerial positions. She is an experienced networker with 15 years in the international organization Cornerstone International Group, present in 40 countries, and 20 years in the non-profit organization Andalucia Trade, along with 8 years in BNI (a business referral organization).

She holds an EMCC coach & mentor certificate (Foundation) since 2016 and EMCC EIA coaching & mentoring accreditation since 2018 at the Foundation level and at the Practitioner level since 2023.
