Grzegorz is a market practitioner with extensive experience in innovation commercialization, technology transfer, operational activities, strategy development, partnership building, and business modeling. A proponent of Design Thinking and Customer Development methodologies, he has been professionally involved with the INVESTIN Group since 2017. He is an expert in regional innovation research, as well as a key analyst and expert in acceleration programs and business incubators. A graduate of the Lesław A. Paga Foundation, he was one of 30 participants in the Young Innovators program.

His expertise spans the Polish innovation ecosystem, startup operations, and consulting firms.
