Graduate of the University of Warsaw, Faculty of Mathematics, Computer Science and Mechanics. Her professional experience: creating software for medical equipment, editing and managing the Polish section of an American medical journal, managing and conducting projects co-financed by the European Commission (EC). She has over 16 years of experience in the field of health technology assessment (HTA) gained while working at AHTA&TS in positions ranging from analyst to director of the Transparency Council and Tariff Council Service Office.

As a representative of AHTA&TS, she managed the institution's involvement in the EUnetHTA JA2, JA3, Advance-HTA projects, represented AHTA&TS in the ISPOR Europe HTA Roundtable and at INAHTA Congresses. HTA educator at the Medical University of Warsaw, at the Business School of the Warsaw University of Technology and at KU; expert in the HB-HTA.pl project, Associate Editor at IJTAHC; reviewer of scientific journals (BMJ, Health Policy, ViHRI, IJHPM).
