Aim of the project The aim of this project is to explore relationship between team communication patterns and team work effectiveness in a multi-level, highly-complex problem solving situation. The point of main interest here is how communication processes and behaviors formulate for effective and non-effective teams during Business Simulation Game play. Do successful and unsuccessful teams differ in terms of their communicative behaviors patterns? Method employed in this project keeps focus on the continuity of observation, and thus, allows to track the "waving" of communication processes and their adaptive dynamics. Simulation data, video analyses by trained behavioral judges and questionnaire diagnostic tools allow to bring brighter picture of the researched situation and phenomena.
