THE SPEAKERS

 

 

Maciej Mitręga is an Associate Professor and a head of Organizational Relationship Management
Department at the University of Economics in Katowice.
Visiting professor at University of Szeged and
Technical University of Ostrava (VSB). Devoted to high quality research: 13 papers published in top-tier
Impact Factor journals, including Long Range Planning (Thomson Reuters impact factor in 2016 = 3.6),
International Journal of Operations & Production Management (IF in 2016 = 3.4), Industrial Marketing
Management and Journal of Business & Industrial Marketing. He was Marie Curie Research Fellow and
Honorary Research Fellow at Manchester Business School for the years 2010-2014. The is a member of the
editorial board in Industrial Marketing Management and Journal of Business & Industrial Marketing. He works
as an expert in the National Science Centre (Narodowe Centrum Nauki) in Poland. His research area is
mainly inter-firm relationships and networks, including relational strategies oriented at company innovations.

 

Dariusz Siemieniako is an Associate Professor and a head of Department of Marketing and
Tourism at the Bialystok University of Technology. He is also an Associate Professor at the
Kozminski University.
He has been associated as an Adjunct in the Department of Marketing, Social
Marketing @ Griffith, Griffith University, Australia, for the years 2013 - 2019. Dariusz has been one of
the founders of informal, international network of scholars, the CID Group in 2019. His research focuses
on: B2B relationship marketing, collaborative New Product Development and business relationships
versus social issues. He published in quality journals including: Industrial Marketing Management, Journal
of Marketing Management, Qualitative Market Research: An International Journal, British Food Journal,
Journal of Consumer Marketing. He was awarded scholarships of University of Cambridge and Griffith
University. He has 7 years of business practice working as a CEO, Board Member and Director of Business
Development for several companies operating in international environment on B2B markets.

 

Krzysztof Kubacki is Professor of Marketing and Society and Associate Dean Postgraduate at
Auckland University of Technology, New Zealand.
He became a full-time academic in 2003. His
previous academic appointments include University of Glamorgan, University of Wales in Aberystwyth,
Keele University (all in the UK) and Griffith University (Australia). Recently, Krzysztof spent five years
(2013–2018) working as VicHealth’s Social Marketing Research Practice Fellow. His research has been
published in over 100 books, book chapters, journal articles, and industry and government reports in areas
such as arts marketing, place branding, knowledge management in higher education and social marketing.
His current research focuses on the identification, trial, evaluation and critique of behaviour change
programmes. Krzysztof is also interested in the intersecting roles of ethics, power and vulnerability in
behaviour change and social marketing systems.

 

 

Sharyn Rundle-Thiele is Professor of Marketing at Griffith University. She is a social marketer
and behavioural scientist. Professor Sharyn Rundle-Thiele is the Founding Director of Social
Marketing @ Griffith,
which is the largest university based group of social marketers in the world.
She is Founding Co-Editor of the Journal of Social Marketing, one of the worlds’ leading behaviour
change journals. She has led projects that have changed behaviours for 10,000’s of people in areas
including health, the environment and for complex social issues. Sharyn has led programs that have
increased healthy eating, changed adolescent attitudes to alcohol drinking, reduced food waste,
increased dog’s abilities to avoid koalas, and many more. She has published more than 160 books,
book chapters and journal papers. Awards and appointments including: The Philip Kotler Social
Marketing Distinguished Service Award, Australian New Zealand Marketing Academy Fellow
acknowledge her innovative, high-quality practice and science and her leadership.

 

Rūta Kazlauskaitė is Professor of Human Resource Management at ISM University of
Management and Economics, Lithuania.
Her research focuses on responsible and comparative
human resource management, corporate social responsibility, societal and individual level well-being,
inter-sectoral cooperation, stakeholder engagement, travel of management ideas to the public sector.
Her research publication received Emerald Citations of Excellence Award. She was a Fulbright scholar
at the New School University, New York. She is Advisory Board Member of Cranfield Network on
International Human Resource Management. She serves as an expert at the Research Council of
Lithuania and reviewer at Luxembourg National Research Fund. She is Editor-in-Chief of the Baltic
Journal of Management, and editorial board member of the International Journal of Human Resource
Management.
