APPLICATION

Application requirements are detailed in the document entitled: “IESEG Lille-Paris Exchange Programme Information 2015-2016”.
Students should u apply online v print the application form, complete and sign it, w have it signed by their coordinator and send it to IÉSEG Lille with required documents. Students should keep a PDF copy of their application for the login/password given to modify their personal information. Please note that only complete applications will be accepted ; incomplete applications will not be processed until we receive all documents.
No acceptance letter will be issued as long as the student has not registered online and that the application has not been received by IÉSEG. Once the application is approved by IÉSEG, we send an acceptance letter by email to the student. The original acceptance letter is sent to partners by express mail for non EU students only who will be required to apply for a French student visa.

COURSES
IÉSEG Grande École Program is taught completely in English: we offer on both campuses a 3-year Bachelor Program covering the fundamentals of management followed by a 2-year Master in Management Program in which the students deepen their management knowledge and choose a specialization. Most of our courses at master level follow the intensive one-week format. We now also organize intensive one-week courses at bachelor level, which will allow a greater offer of courses at bachelor level. Some courses taught in French are also available at bachelor level (year 1 & 2). Language courses are also available at no extra cost.
Course choice: Students are required to choose their courses based on the above “list of courses available for incoming exchange students”, then look for course descriptions online (International > Course catalogue). The current list of courses gathers courses which were offered this Fall 2015 and Spring 2015, as the final list of Spring 2016 courses will only be available beginning of January 2016, during the orientation week. Students will have 2 weeks after the orientation week to add and drop courses.
HOUSING
Students will receive by email our housing offer as well as IESEG Passport (guide for international students) after they have received their PDF acceptance letter.
IÉSEG provides different housing options: our own residence Concordia (Lille campus), private student residences, as well as private housing (private landlords). Students book housing based on our list of offers, and are in direct contact with housing providers with which we collaborate. It is on a first-come, first-served basis. It will be more difficult to find housing on arrival, so we greatly advise students to book their accommodation as soon as we contact them. Leasing contracts are for a one semester period minimum.

HEALTH INSURANCE
Non-European students under 28 years old: it is be compulsory for them to subscribe to the French health insurance (around EUR 215 for 2015/2016). They will be contacted for online payment prior to their arrival in France. We also recommend them to have an international insurance (for travels outside France, lost luggage, repatriation and civil liability). Quebec citizens are required to get their SE401 Q106 form and Europeans to get their European Health Insurance Card.
ACADEMIC CALENDAR
We would like to draw your attention on the fact that students are required to comply with the IESEG academic calendar: students cannot arrange exams outside the exam sessions scheduled by IESEG administration.
