2026 Responsible Research Summit

ABOUT THE SUMMIT

The 8th Annual Responsible Research Summit arrives at Kozminski University at a defining moment for global academic community. As artificial intelligence reshapes how knowledge is created and trusted, the research community faces urgent questions about credibility, ethics, and societal relevance. Under the 2026 theme — AI & Responsible Research: Advancing Credibility and Relevance — the Summit invites participants to explore how emerging technologies can strengthen, rather than compromise, the integrity and impact of academic inquiry.

Hosted in Warsaw, one of Central and Eastern Europe’s most dynamic centers of innovation, the Summit highlights the region’s growing influence in shaping global conversations on responsible, AI‑enabled research. Over three days, scholars, institutional leaders, industry partners, and doctoral students will engage in keynotes, panels, and collaborative sessions examining how AI can elevate research quality, broaden access to knowledge, and support more inclusive and impactful scholarship.

The program will showcase examples of responsible research and create space for new partnerships aligned with the vision of Responsible Research in Business and Management (RRBM). By convening diverse voices from across the global research ecosystem — and grounding the dialogue in the vibrant context of the CEE region — the Summit aims to inspire a renewed movement toward research that truly matters.
