We are proud to announce that prof. Dariusz Jemielniak, Ph.D., from Kozminski University, was elected as a new member of the Advisory Board OpenMaker.
The OpenMaker initiative is a pan-European project aiming to seed and accelerate the 4th Industrial Revolution – driving the radical distribution, decentralization and mass collaboration between manufacturers and makers. This initiative seeks to catalyse the ideation, discovery, design & prototyping of business models, production processes, products, and governance systems.
The Advisory Board OpenMaker was composed of a mixture of experts across the sectors interested in Industry 4.0, from investors and academics to makers and manufacturers themselves, the board will take an active role in awarding commissions to PSS applicants, as well as advising the project board on strategic matter and ensuring the widest outreach of the project.
Dariusz Jemielniak is a full professor of management, the head of the Center for Research on Organizations and Workplaces (CROW), and a founder of New Research on Digital Societies (NeRDS) group at Kozminski University.
