3-year Bachelor Program in Corporate Finance and Accounting
This program is designed for candidates interested in finance-related careers in the corporate world. It introduces students to the financial side of business by presenting theoretical models and their praxis. The emphasis is put on building strong financial foundation on which further academic and practical achievement can be built. Students may also expand their understanding of business by taking elective courses not only in finance but also in management and other business-related areas. Students' knowledge, problem-solving and decision making abilities and other skills will be developed intensively as they focus on formulating, implementing and monitoring business strategy & policy. Moreover, the Kozminski University BBA enables specialization in the fields of Accounting ('the universal language of business') and Finance. The accounting curriculum combines the benefits of traditional accounting skills (under International Accounting Standards (IAS) with a broad range of business topics reflecting the expanding needs and responsibilities of finance professionals. Graduates of the Bachelor Program in Finance and Accounting can expect to have the widest possible range of career opportunities in all areas of business.
The main idea behind the program is to provide our students with the knowledge and skill for development in the workplace and lifelong learning (among others continuation of education at Master level is meant here).

Learning objectives
Curriculum of the BBA in Finance and Accounting Program have been de-signed to integrate applied and theoretical knowledge. The first semesters cover introductory and general topics, while the later subjects draw on these or develop more complex and strategic ideas, often relying on practical analysis.
Who is this program for?
The programme is addressed to candidates who are interested in acquiring theoretical knowledge in the areas of economics, finance, accounting, banking and complementary disciplines, combined with competences of translating those into action. The candidate profile shall be focused on their personal and professional development, such as for example continuation of education at Master level.
Taking into consideration demographic and market trends, the primary target groups of the BBA Programme in Finance and Accounting are:
- Polish high school graduates who are looking for high end quality business education in Poland delivered in English at Bachelor level,
- International students from all over the world,
- Foreigners living in Poland seeking high end quality business education in English at Bachelor level.
Alumni profile
Alumni of the BBA Programme in Finance and Accounting are usually in their early twenties, they speak English at a near-native (C2) level and are able to communicate fluently in at least one other foreign language. They often spent extended periods abroad (also on academic exchanges and internships). Alumni often consider an international career and some-times want to pursue their further education in a different country.
