In 2003/4 Kozminski University launched a program for its best students called the “Top-15”. Admission to the program is based on a twostage selection process that includes an application review as well as an oral exam in a chosen field. Each year, 15 candidates (students from the 1st to the 3rd year) are chosen to participate in the program. These students are offered:

• An individual tutorship from a chosen professor involving weekly
  academic meetings
  
• Invitations to seminars and debates with business personalities
  
• Special case studies workshops

Once a year, the work of the students is evaluated by a board consisting of three Kozminski University faculty members. Students are obliged to present a paper on a selected topic that reflects the progress they made while participating in the program. All ‘Top15’ students receive special diplomas. In the future the program is expected to gain corporate funding.
