Application Packet

We are pleased that you have chosen to study as an international exchange student at the Kozminski University. We hope you will find this a rewarding experience.

All you have to do after having been selected by your home institution is to complete an on-line application form by June 1st (for fall semester) or by  November 1st (for spring semester).

Accommodation request

The University does not have its own in-campus dormitory but it assists foreign students in their housing needs (assuming they sent their application forms before the deadline). Apartments and rooms are rented in Warsaw through a network of agencies specialized in short-term furnished accommodation or through agreements we have with individual landlords.
 
Rental fees range from approximately 350 to 500 EURO per month, depending on the location, size, standard, etc.

Course request form

Exchange students may select courses in the following programs: Bachelor in Management, Bachelor in Finance programs and in Master in International Business Program. In order for you to build a provisional program (should your home university require it) you are advised to take a look at the course schedule and course descriptions.

Attention! Some courses start in the first semester and continue until the end of the academic year. These courses will not be available to you in the second semester.
 
Polish Language course is offered to all exchange students. Information regarding Polish language course available during the Welcome meeting.

Deadlines

• to apply for Fall Semester or Academic Year  -  May 1st.
  accommodation request for the Fall Semester -   June 10th.
  courses registration  for Fall Semester -  September 10th.
  
• to apply for Spring Semester - November 1st.
  accommodation request for Spring Semester - December 10th.
  courses registration for Spring Semester -  February 10th.
