'Forge' Career Office exists since 1999. It's main function is to assist the students in finding internships, vacation jobs and employment.

A computerized and constantly updated database enables quick and efficient contact between students and graduates on one side, and employers on the other. This way both groups can easily obtain the information they need.'
    The 'Forge' has been co-operating with dozens of international companies such as: KPMG, P&G, Deloitte, British American Tabacco, Ernst & Young. It also organizes meetings with employers, head-hunters, representatives of career guidance agencies and agencies for temporary employment. It gives free advice consultations to young entrepreneurs in their first steps towards setting up a business.

    Kozminski University graduates are ranked the best among the graduates in the increasingly demanding labor market ( according to ‘Newsweek’ Polska magazine, 2003)

 

    'As a student of the Kozminski University, I was also obligated to gain practical experience and work for 4 months during the last year of the BBA Program. I haven't had particular problems with finding job as the Kozminski University organizes various meetings with companies that are willing to offer practice for Kozminski University students. What is more, if a student doesn't have time to search for job or doesn't have satisfactory proposals, the academy provides support. I was in such situation due to the fact that I spent one year in Germany and was not available in Warsaw at the time when I should have looked for job.
    The Kozminski University helped me with this issue and gave me two job proposals, one in the advertising agency and one in the Jan III Sobieski Hotel. I have decided to undergo training in the hotel, as this was the recommendation of one of my friends who has worked there previously. At present I'm working in an international advertising agency. This job gives me the opportunity to integrate the theoretical knowledge gained during my studies with practical experience. Moreover, it is challenging and gives me satisfaction, which is so important in today.'
