Using the rules in Outlook 2010

The rule is an action that Microsoft Outlook does automatically for sent or received  messages based on defined conditions, such as moving all messages from a particular person to a folder other than Inbox.

If you regularly receive e-mail from specific groups or persons, or on specific topics, you can create a folder for each group, person or any subject, as well as the rule that automatically moves all the related messages immediately after being received, to those folders.
