Step-by-step admission procedures

Register on-line:

The admission form is available online or at the Admissions Office.

Make payment of the admission fee

The admission fee should be transferred to the Kozminski Unieversity bank account or made through the platnosci.pl system available after completing the online application form.

Submit your application

All of the required documents should be submitted in the Kozminski University Executive Development Office (in person or by mail).

Signing a contract

Before the beginning of the program each candidate is required to sign a contract including terms and conditions of payment.

Application Online

Complete the on-line application process. After you complete the forms you will have to possibility to make payment of the admission fee on-line.

Admission Fee

Make payment of the admission fee. For more information on the amount of admission fees, account number or methods of payment etc. click below.

Application Package

Prepare a complete application package, including all your diplomas and documents, pictures and proof of payment of the admission fee (not required in case of online payment).

Submit Application

Submit your application via e-mail or regular mail. Please only send complete sets of documents.

Confirmation

Wait for yoru application to be assessed. KU recruiters will confirm receiving your application before it is assessed by the Admission Comission.

Admission

Within 2-3 weeks you will receive information about the outcome of the application procedure. If your application is accepted you will recieve a conditional acceptance letter.

Tuition Fee

Make payment of the tution fee to you individual student account which you will receive along with your conditional acceptance letter.

Official Acceptance Documents

We issue all documents necessary in the visa application process once payment of tuition is confirmed.

VISA application process

For the process candidates recieve a Letter of Acceptance stating that you have become a student at Kozminski University and an official Invitation to Poland.

Final Preparation

Before you arrive to Warsaw, make sure you are fully prepared. You will need a place to stay and insurance

    • ID number (if you are a Polish citizen)
    • passport number (if you are a foreiner)
    • temporary or permanent residence permit (if you are a resident)
    • e-mail address
    • phone number
    • information from your High School diploma (date, place, institution)
    • information regarding language competences
    • password for the account you will set up

    After you complete all the forms you will be asked to confirm the data and taken to the final step where you will be able to make payment of the admission fee on-line.
