Check admission requirements for international exchange programs

Register online through Virtual University registration form, print and sign it.

Fill in and sign:

• registration form
• CV
• motivation letter
• copy of language certificate or KU teacher confirmation
• These documents should be submitted to International Relations Office - room D34.  

Final selection results are presented on the website on 31st March.

Kozminski University sends your nomination to the university of destination. 

Go to the website of the university of destination. Check the documents they require for exchange students. Send them before the deadline. In case of questions contact the coordinator for international relations abroad .

Submit request for IPS (Individual Program of Studies) & Learning Agreement at your Studies Office. 

Dean’s decision will appear on the Virtual University.

!It is mandatory to complete previous semester and submit examination cards to the students office before exchange!

When going on Erasmus exchange (EU only) you can receive the Erasmus scholarship. It requires submission of Erasmus Agreement + account number form.

If you change the courses during your studies abroad you need to send the changes to originally proposed study program. Use the second page of Learning Agreement to make it.

Submit confirmation of stay, transcript of records and filled questionary to Kozminski International Relations Office. Your Studies Office will receive grades conversion from Kozminski IRO.
